Stephan de Spiegeleire spoke on how long the propaganda can be effective

Senior Defence Scientist at The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies Stephan de Spiegeleire believes that the propaganda can be effective only for a limited period of time and that Ukrainians have to try to help Russian society to tackle this problem in order to get them out from the surreal reality in which they were led to. He said that at the Open World Discussion Club which was held in Kyiv on 18 December on the initiative of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation.
