On 15 December at 19:00 the Faces Art Club will hold a meeting with Efrem Lukatsky, the most famous Ukrainian photographer. As a photoreporter Efrem went through a large number of hot spots – Transnistria, Chechnya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Gaza. Last year a «hot spot» found him on his homeland – Efrem recorded events that took place on Maidan starting the first day and now he visits every hot spot on the East of Ukraine. Whenever he goes, his only weapon is his photo camera.
On 25 November on the initiative of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine the Faces Art Club hosted poetess and translator Natalie Belchenko at the Chasopys Creative Space.
On 25 November at 19:00 Chasopys Creative Club will hold an artistic evening of poetess and translator Nataliya Belchenko.
With the support of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation composer Bohdan Sehin visited the third international festival “NeoArte - Spektrum Muzyki Nowej”, which was held from 3 to 5 October 2014 in Gdansk and was dedicated to modern classical music. The festival program presented the most interesting trends in classical music in a form of concerts and master classes. The event brought together artists from different countries, cultures and schools of art and gave them an opportunity to communicate among themselves and listeners by the means of music.
With the support of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation the Ukrainian film director Iryna Pravylo visited the 65th International Film Festival of short-length films held from 12 to 19 October 2014 in Montekatini, Italy.
«There will be no such thing as Ukrainian cinema until we start respecting it», - Olena Fetisova stated at Faces Art Club, that was held at the initiative of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation on 28 October at Chasopys Creative Space. The Ukrainian film director added that «we need to watch Ukrainian cinema regardless of anything, only then it will progress».
On 28 October at 19:00 Chasopys Creative Space as part of FACES Artistic Club will hold a meeting with Ukrainian film director and producer, winner of many international film festivals awards Olena Fetisova.
With the support of Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation Dmytro Honcharenko made a trip to Turkey to implement the Artistic Project «I:O - Koktebel Art Residence Bahçecik Edition 2014».
Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation supported the release of a book by Andriy Kurkov "Maidan Diary" in German language. This work is intended primarily for a foreign reader, who needs to know more about the essence of Ukrainian events of recent months and see them with the eyes of popular writer and hear his thoughts and explanations. The book contains quite many comments, necessary to comprehend by a foreign reader the Ukrainian history and present day of the country: explanation about Holodomor, Stepan Bandera, "The Right Sector", about some other personalities of the politicum.
On 23 September at 19:00 Chasopys Creative Space hosted a concert of Ukrainian writers Brother Kapranovs within Faces Art Club meetings. They presented their musical programme “Love Ukrainian ladies“.
