«Mask, I know you!» is the theme of the lecture of psychoanalyst Olena Medvedieva organized by the Open Ukraine Foundation within the program «Open yourself».
The lecture will be held on 7th June 2017 at 19:00 at Bohdan Khmelnytsky 8/16, «Art Hub» («Ukrinform» space near the metro station «Teatralna»).
«Freud said that some diseases speak. Thanks to them, he discovered psychoanalysis. Almost every woman has symptoms but men have them much less. This illness has a hundred faces, so-called masks. If in the time of Freud the symptoms were bright and talked about sexuality, today it is a carnival, masquerade and mask depression, melancholy, anorexia, and most importantly «ordinary» disease are the main reason of it. Which is a big problem that is an obstacle to creating a comfortable relationship or shapes depending on the partner can not normally provide opportunities to work, study, marry and bear children? On such a strange disease, we will talk during the lecture, because these women come to the analyst to ask: what happened to me? Even super experienced analysts do not stop to wonder how the woman transformed and ask themselves: «What the woman want?» What is the secret? We will try to deal with together,» - Olena Medvedieva announced the lecture.
The lecture will be held at Bohdan Khmelnytsky 8/16, «Art Hub» («Ukrinform» space near the metro station «Teatralna»).
