Charitable aid during the COVID 19 pandemic
Thanks to the efforts of the "Open Ukraine" Foundation, significant charitable assistance was provided to Chernivtsi region during the COVID-19 pandemic.
13,000 gloves, 1,000 FFP3 respirators, more than 1,000 certified test systems, 300 liters of disinfectants and more than 200 sets of protective suits for medical personnel were sent to help. These resources were transferred for further distribution according to the needs of city medical institutions of Chernivtsi City Hospital No. 1, which is designated as basic in the treatment of patients with COVID-19.
This was an important step to ensure the proper protection of medical personnel who were the first to be on the front lines in the fight against this dangerous disease. The "Open Ukraine" Foundation thanks everyone who joined this charitable initiative and helped in this difficult situation. Together we can overcome this pandemic and stay healthy and safe.
Cultural horizons
The program "Cultural Horizons" presented the cultural achievements of modern Ukraine abroad and contributed to the strengthening of cooperation between the cultural environment of Ukraine and other European countries.
The "Open Ukraine" fund provided mini-grants for travel expenses for Ukrainian artists in order to exchange artistic experience at the international level and improve interaction between Ukrainian and foreign artists. These grants gave Ukrainian artists the opportunity to present their achievements to the whole world.
